• Accuracy: Please ensure all names, details, and prompts are spelled correctly when filling out the order form. We are not responsible for typos or errors provided in the original prompt.

• Exceptions: If your digital file is corrupted, fails to deliver, or contains a technical error, please contact us within 7 days, and we will happily re-send or correct the file.
