Welcome to Poetry with Purpose! Thank you for choosing us to help celebrate your loved ones, pets, and plants. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Digital Products All products sold by Poetry with Purpose (unless otherwise stated) are digital downloads.

  • Upon purchase, your custom poem and artwork will be generated based on the specific details you provide in the order form.

  • The final high-resolution files will be delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout.

  • You will not receive a physical product or frame in the mail.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Revisions Because every piece is 100% custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind."

  • Australian Consumer Law: Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to provide a refund or replacement for personalized or custom-made goods if you simply change your mind.

  • Accuracy: Please ensure all names, details, and prompts are spelled correctly when filling out the order form. We are not responsible for typos or errors provided in the original prompt.

  • Exceptions: If your digital file is corrupted, fails to deliver, or contains a technical error, please contact us within 7 days, and we will happily re-send or correct the file.

3. Artistic Interpretation (AI Generation) Our custom artwork and poetry are generated using advanced AI tools combined with your thoughtful prompts.

  • While we strive to capture the essence of your subject beautifully, the final artwork is an artistic interpretation (e.g., a soft watercolor or botanical illustration) and is not intended to be a photorealistic replica.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this artistic, stylized approach.

4. Copyright and Personal Use Your custom artwork and poetry are created for your personal enjoyment!

  • You may: Print the files for your home, share them on personal social media, or give them as heartfelt gifts.

  • You may not: Resell the digital files, use the artwork for commercial business purposes, or claim the imagery/text as your own original creation for profit.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
